Does joining the waitlist reserve a seat?
It holds your place in line. Seats go in waitlist order, after a conversation about fit. Joining doesn’t create a charge or a contract.
When does billing start?
At go-live.
Do we need to replace our DMS?
No. MOTIV runs on top of it. You choose if and when to switch, and you can stay on top at the same price.
What does the price lock cover?
Your founding price for your plan and size, for as long as you stay. If your store grows into a bigger size, you pay the founding price for that size, never more than list.
How many seats are left?
Seven seats in total. Bode confirms availability when you join.
When does enrollment close?
December 31, 2026, or when the seventh seat fills, whichever comes first.
What happens to our other apps?
Once your team is running in MOTIV, you cancel them on your schedule. Nothing has to end on day one.
