Repair orders are customer-pay and warranty, a month. Retail units are new and used, a month. The rooftop count and each size are checked once a year on your 12-month average. The group discount does not stack with founding rates — if a founding seat is open when you sign, founding rates replace these, and they are lower. Enterprise terms (single sign-on, a service guarantee) and any single store above Size 6 are priced with you. Read the transparent terms
